Q. How is therapeutic yoga different from studio classes? A. We focus on nervous system regulation over physical poses. Sessions are slower, trauma-informed, and interwoven with psychotherapy principles.

Q. Will yoga conflict with my religious beliefs? A. We use secular, science-based techniques. No spiritual components unless you specifically want them included.

Q. How long are the sessions? A. All session are about 50-minutes in length.

Q. Are the sessions online or in-person? A. At this time, we offer online sessions only.

Q. How often should I practice at home? A. We'll co-create a sustainable routine - even 3 minutes daily is more valuable than 1 hour weekly.

Q. Can online sessions be as effective as in-person? A. Research shows virtual mindfulness training is equally effective for stress reduction (Journal of Medical Internet Research, 2022).

Q. What if I feel self-conscious on camera? A. You’re in control: Camera can stay off for meditation Angle shows just your mat (no full-body view needed) We’ll use verbal cues vs. visual corrections

Q. Why do I feel emotional during/after yoga? A. Normal! Movement releases stored tension. We honor tears/shaking as the body’s natural reset.

Q. I’m not flexible—can I still do yoga? A. Yoga improves flexibility, it doesn’t require it! We use props (blocks/straps) to adapt every pose.

Q. Why do I need to sign a liability waiver? A. The waiver protects both you and our studio by acknowledging the inherent risks of physical practice (e.g., yoga, meditation) and confirming your voluntary participation. It’s a standard safety measure for all participants.

Q. How do I sign the waiver? A. Please read the entire liability waiver and then complete our digital waiver in under 2 minutes.

Q.Can I participate without signing? A. No. For insurance and safety reasons, we require a signed waiver from every participant before joining any session.
