The process of life coaching starts with an initial breakthrough session.

After our initial recommendation of a coaching plan, if you agree, we schedule a series of one-on-one sessions.

Each session results in assessing the progress of overall goals and closing the gap between current state and desired state.

Coach keeps you motivated while you are held accountable for your goals.
